Mango Lassi

txrad bought a couple of mangoes last weekend and this afternoon he made something special for us.

Take these, peel them and seed them. Place pulp in a food processor. Then transfer to a vessel of your choice for mixing and pouring.

Add some of this bovine nectar..

Add just a little of this to taste... (not a lot)

And you get this. A gift from god. Or txrad.
