Grinding coriander

txrad loves to grind spices and I love to document it.

Cilantro seeds get magically transformed into coriander power, in a matter of seconds using the nifty "coffee" grinder we bought specifically for spice grinding.

A couple of nights ago he ground some cumin. Mmmmmm, if you've never ground your own cumin, it's worth investing in a grinder just for that.
