On a side note, I had to do another snake rescue this evening. Sweet Pea brought up a snake dangling dead-like in his mouth. I went over and he released it as always but this time he was still eager to play with it.

The snake was a little 6-inch long green snake, harmless as a butterfly, and I caught it in my hand and moved it elsewhere for safety. Sorry, no pictures. Next time I'll try to do better but this was a matter of urgency.
