txrad's Texas BBQ Sauce
txrad just made up a batch of "Texas Bar-B-Q Sauce" which is quite tasty. Here are his ingredients (don't forget the light brown Muscovado sugar perched atop the salt! The measuring cup contains ketchup.

Into a food processor goes onion, red bell pepper, garlic, a jalapeno, and fresh oregano.

When done processing it looks like this.

Then into a sauce pan with the other ingredients to simmer on the stove for 30 minutes after being brought to a boil. When finished it's ready to spice up whatever you need spiced up.

If anyone wants specifics, txrad will address those in comments.
